ICOR ‘e-Directory’
The ICOR ‘e-Directory’ offers an online directory listing that can be specifically tailored to incorporate all facilities and bespoke customer preferred hotels and venues, along with any specific customer hotel or venue value added benefits. The elements that can be displayed are unlimited and are not restricted if the relevant data is collected.
ICOR’s ‘e-Directory’ can deliver:
- Complete listing of all global programme approved accommodation providers and venues
- All negotiated rates and service elements
- Hosted site extranet and bespoke design
- Bespoke build and display of corporate information
- Managing updates of new or removed properties
- Geo-coding of client offices and hotel providers
Any agreed/approved changes to the ICOR ‘HMPM’ programme are uploaded into the online directory on an ‘as received’ basis.
Mapping is delivered through a customised geo-coded database display of both customers’ offices and the preferred accommodation service providers plotted. The mapping used is Multimap and all global updates are included as received.
Hotel and venue ranking can be applied by preferred status, price, grading priorities and required services, or alphabetical (as required by the customer).
