Phase 1 – Consultation & Data Analysis

ICOR conducts an initial meeting with the key sponsor and further meetings with key stakeholders (if necessary) to establish the customer’s overall requirements. ICOR then conducts a detailed “As Is” study following a structured 4-step methodology to evaluate the corporates’ current processes, including analysis of current accommodation and meetings spend data locally, regionally and internationally. ICOR then determines the “Business Vision” and develops the project road map.

Deliverable = a detailed report with recommendations and a time-lined project plan.
