Phase 3 – Ongoing Category Management and Review
Ongoing category management and operational management reviews which include:
- Regular project briefings and ongoing reviews of annual service level management of existing/new transactional providers.
- Hotel and meeting room rate programme continuation and ongoing recommendations, negotiation and evaluation against industry and ICOR held benchmark targets (Global, regional or local).
- Creation and rollout assistance of the internal communication programme via the e-Directory including regular and automated service updates.
- Consolidation and data warehousing of multi-location/provider(s) and spend information.
- Regular performance reporting including cost reduction achievements.
- Cost avoidance initiatives, service monitoring and remedial action plans.
- Regular and situation-driven reporting against bespoke customer procurement and financial performance baselines.
- Booking process evaluation and recommendations.
- Contract service and complaint resolution.
- Company owned apartment management and inclusion.
