ICOR ‘Lodgic’ – Online RFP Pricing Tool
ICOR ‘Lodgic’ is a web-based online RFP pricing tool that facilitates the electronic RFP process. The ICOR ‘Lodgic’ tool makes it possible for continued collaboration between all stakeholders throughout the sourcing process in order to achieve common goals.
Selected accommodation and venue providers instantly receive an invitation to bid and can reply via the Internet. There is nothing to download, nothing to install and no paper involved.
As bids are created, notifications are automatically generated via email or fax directly to the hotel. Notification and follow-up reminders to hotel and venue providers are automated.
Selected accommodation and venue providers are invited to sign on to the ICOR ‘Lodgic’ system with a unique user id and password. Providers can also view respective Company Profile information to better understand the accommodation and venue needs of the company submitting the bid thus providing a more competitive bid. Built-in parameters ensure that properties can respond correctly with the required information.
RFP due dates are automatically tracked and reminder notifications are electronically sent to non-responsive hotels at regular intervals.
An ‘up-to-the-minute’ status of each RFP is accessible via the Internet to selected ICOR or corporate personnel. The status allows ICOR and/or corporate travel managers the ability to review all bids in one list.
The tool allows corporate travel managers to:
- Mark bids for acceptance, rejection or renegotiation
- Review information by market, bid status or region
- View detailed information about each particular bid
- Automatically accept/reject or to signify that renegotiation notifications need to be sent
- Define and weigh selection criteria for final decision-making
Based upon selection criteria, the ICOR ‘Lodgic’ tool provides two rating systems: one that is numerically based, the other tiered into three colour categories. Defining selection criteria includes, but is not limited to:
- Rate compliance
- Room and facility requirements
- Safety and security
